| previous | The Millennium Stadium and the air bag. The first day of filming was my first visit to the Millennium Stadium and again, another surreal experience. When we arrived, the roof was closed, giving an eerie half-light around the immense, silent stadium. Aside from the occasional tour group, the only activity in the stadium was the hawk and its keeper ensuring the pigeons were kept at bay. The air bag team set up the various inflatable layers in the centre circle of this strange, peaceful, dim stadium whilst Sebastien and Jerome ran around pretending to score for France. |
