Bane chats to Adrian while Sebastien, Jerome and the crew figure out the sequence of moves.
In all, I made three trips to Derry: an initial reccy, a reccy with the rest of the team, and filming. Before my first
trip out, I scoured the Urban Freeflow message board for a free runner in Northern Ireland. Scoby, one of the moderators,
suggested that I get in touch with Bane (Forceit on the boards) from Donegal, just the other side of the border.
Having never been to Northern Ireland before, I was keen to have a point of contact and Bane’s knowledge of Derry was invaluable.
In addition, he proved to be a very friendly bloke and was more than happy to travel to Derry and spend 7 hours showing
me around and was very understanding when I explained that due to insurance implications, he wouldn’t be able to accompany
me on to any rooftops.
